Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan.
  • Orders arrive within 5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — you pay the courier when your order arrives.
  • We confirm every order by call or message before dispatch.
Please keep your phone reachable. If we cannot confirm your order, the courier cannot deliver it. Orders we are unable to confirm within 48 hours are cancelled.

Returns and exchanges

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • We check every returned item before approving it.
  • Size exchanges are subject to that size being in stock.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the return delivery. Otherwise it is at your cost.

How to start a return or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at 0324-0248493 or on Instagram, with your order number and a photo of the item. We will reply with the next step.

Please wait for us to confirm before sending anything back — unannounced parcels cannot be traced to your order.
